Is this item available?

Availability status is posted along with the product image on our web site. Caveat: Stock levels of items may change in any given day.  To avoid inconvenience on your part, you may include alternative/backup orders on the comment box portion during the ordering process in case your items becomes out of stock by the time the order has been paid.   Orders will be pulled out once it has been paid.  Should any of the items ordered happened to be out of stock, you may opt to replace the out of stock item with a different item or we can refund your payment via store credit that can be used for your future transactions.  Kindly pay as soon as you order to minimize chances of your order getting sold out.

How often do you get new inventory?

We upload new inventory every week.  Be sure to check back often to see our new items added weekly.

Do I get freebies?

We give discounts on our website from time to time.  Please check our website regularly for our featured items on sale.

Can I reserve and pay at a later date?

Sorry , we do not accept reservations.

Do you ship internationally? 

No. We ship locally only [anywhere within the Philippines].  If you are an international customer, you need a Philippine address to ship your order.

Can I order outside of ?

No, for security reasons, we only transact orders online thru this website. 

Can I go to your store?

We’re very sorry.  We don’t have a brick & mortar store/showroom.  This is an online shop only.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

No minimum order required!

Can I just call or text my order ?

Sorry but no.  All orders are processed online thru the website.

How do I order at the website?

STEP 1:  Go to website –

STEP 2: Browse or select the item/s you want to order.  Just click “Add to Cart” to add items.  You may add, remove or check the items added in your cart by clicking your Virtual Divi Bag (found on the upper right side of the screen).  Just click “X” button if you want to remove an item from your Virtual Divi Bag.  Click “Continue Shopping” if you want to add more items into your Virtual Divi Bag.

STEP 3: Once done, click “Checkout” button found at the bottom right portion of your screen.  If you have a Virtual Divisoria Coupon code or a Gift Voucher, you may encode the coupon/gift voucher code first before clicking the Checkout button.  Otherwise, just proceed and click “Check out”.   

STEP 4: Register as a Member  [if new customer] or Log in  [if a returning customer].  If you’re a new customer and do not want to register as a member, you may click “Guest Checkout”. 

STEP 5:  Shoppers may then encode their complete Account Details, Delivery Information, select Payment Method, and provide alternative orders (if any) or may add special instructions [if any] on the box marked “Add Comments About Your Order”. Once all information has been provided, make sure to click “Agree to Terms & Conditions” and “Confirm Order” during the checkout process.  A copy of your invoice and payment details will be sent to your email address.  Kindly check your inbox once orders have been successfully checked out.  Invoice is sent within minutes once orders have been successfully checked out.

STEP 6: Once you get your invoice, you may proceed with the payment.  Notify us via email as soon as payment is sent.  Kindly attach your transaction slips/Gcash reference number to your email as proof of payment.  Once payment has been confirmed, we will ship your orders within1-2 working days.         

STEP 7: You may check the status of your payment, shipping and tracking number by signing in to your account or by checking your email inbox. 

STEP 8:  Wait for your items to arrive.





Do you offer meet ups?

Sorry but no.  We ship out all our orders thru either of our shipping partners: Cliqnship, Philfox, Metrowide, LBC

Do you offer free shipping?

To keep our prices at the lowest possible price, we do not offer free shipping.  Shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer

Do you offer RUSH shipping?

Sorry.  We do not offer rush shipping.   All transactions are queued.  We strictly follow FIRST IN, FIRST OUT policy in all our transactions.

What is your shipping schedule?

Monday – Friday: 5 - 6pm

Do you ship on weekends & holidays?

Sorry.  We do not ship on weekends and holidays.    

How long does it take for my purchase to arrive?

Kindly allow us 24 hours to verify your payment.  For faster verification, ensure that payment details emailed are complete with proof of payment attached to the email.  Orders with incomplete details will not be confirmed.

We will process your order within 1-2 days after payment is confirmed.    May take longer during peak seasons.

Once your orders have been shipped, you can track your package by calling the courier. Contact details and tracking number will be provided to you by us (via email) once orders have been shipped.  Kindly allow 1-2 days for courier to process & deliver your package. 



Can I resell your items?

Yes you may.  You may buy our items, and then resell them.

Do you give discounts for bulk orders?

Posted price is the final price.  Every month, we also put a number of items on sale as added incentives for our customers.  Prices are already set at its most lowest reasonable price.

Can I use your photos when I resell my items?

Yes you may.  You may not however, pose as or insinuate that your business and Virtual Divisoria is one and the same or even pose as affiliates.  We also reserve the right to refuse anyone the use of our photos at any time.

Do you offer drop ship?

Yes we can drop ship for you. Provided customer clearly specifies that the order is for DROP SHIP and provides complete details of the sender’s name, as well as the name and address of the consignee [person the package will be shipped to].



What Modes of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept payments via the following:

> Online or over the counter bank deposits at Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)Banco de Oro (BDO), and/or Unionbank (Eon).

> Mobile Payments via Globe Gcash and/or Smart Money

> Remittance centers via Cebuana Lhuillier / MLhuillier / LBC Remit Express / Palawan Express


When should I pay for my orders?

You may pay as soon as you get your invoice.  We process orders on a first in first out basis, some items are available on a limited basis so we suggest that you pay at the soonest possible time. 


What do I do once I have paid for my orders?

Kindly  email your COMPLETE PAYMENT details to once payment has been made so I can match your payment with your order.
