Return / Refund Policy

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  We do not and will not ship out damaged items on purpose.  Items are checked before it is shipped out to our customers.

If you are not satisfied with your order from us, we will be happy to accept return of the damaged/wrong item provided that:

  1. Customer informs us within the day of receipt of package about the damaged item by sending us an email with the picture of the damaged item received.
  2.  Customer ships the item/s back to us [shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer]. 
  3. Returns will be accepted as long as the items have not been worn or used. The items must be in the condition in which they were received, with the original packaging and all tags attached. Once we receive your item and confirm the cause for the return, we will promptly issue you a refund in the form of store credit for the cost of the item. 

 

If however, upon checking of the item/s upon receipt, the item/s appeared to have been tampered or damaged due to mishandling either by courier or customer, or if we discover If we discover nothing wrong with returned item/s, said item/s will be shipped back.  In these cases, customer will be responsible for the shipping fees in both directions.
 

 

If the parcel is returned because the incorrect delivery address [customer provided wrong address] or the receiver refused to accept the goods, both the fee of the goods and the shipping fee will not be refunded.
